Noca, a reader from Portugal just sent me his newly built custom track bike. He went ahead and got his hands on some Easton Scandium tubes, partnered with a local framebuilder, and got his steed up and running.
Based on the photos, I think you can guess what bike he had in mind in terms of inspiration. Thanks for sharing Noca.
