SIX WEEKS LATERVisited the ortho for the second time today, and things are looking good. It’s been about six weeks since the surgery, and the bone is healing well with no complications. Almost there. What next? 2 more days of sling-life. Can’t wait to take this damn thing off. 6-8 weeks of physical therapy starts on Wednesday. 3 weeks and the doc says I can hop back on the bike. Super amped that everything looks good and I have some time to put in some miles before the winter storms in. See you on the saddle soon.
