CYCLEANGELO

NEW BIKE DAY - THE STATIONARYIt’s been four weeks since my injury, and it wasn’t until a few days ago (with permission from my orthopedist, of course) that I started spinning again. I joined the local YMCA so I could use their stationary bikes. As much as I would love to just throw the road bike on a trainer, my shoulder can’t handle the non-upright position just yet, not to mention I still have my arm in a sling.
The stationary bike might not have the most comfortable saddle, clipless pedals, or crabone components .. but at this point, I’ll take whatever I can to start pedaling, and just grateful that I still have the ability to do so.
See you soon.
