Since mother nature was kind enough to give us sun instead of snow yesterday, we headed out for a spin. It’s been a week since I’ve been back on the bike and my body is definitely feeling it. SATURDAY SPIN: Back on the Bike
Pardon my French .. but today was fucking magnificent. Today’s weather was meant for getting on the bike for the first time in 10 weeks. My physical therapist instructed me to keep the rides short and sweet for the first week, so we did 3 laps around Prospect Park, then headed to the Kinfolk Lounge for grub and brew. Feels good to be back.
